These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dental Deals website and marketplace at dental.deals (the "Service"), operated by Dental Deals, LLC ("Dental Deals", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Dental Deals is a marketplace that connects dental practice sellers, buyers, and brokers, and provides valuation and diligence tools. We provide the platform; we are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any transaction between users. Any valuation, estimate, or market data provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent any practice or organization you add. You may not use the Service if we have previously banned you.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or infringing information or listings.
• Do not access data, listings, or accounts you are not authorized to access, or attempt to circumvent the Service's privacy and visibility controls.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to send spam or unlawful communications.
• Do not use the Service in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and documents you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service and to share it with the other participants you choose to engage, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to submit it.

Communications

When you create an account we send transactional messages required to operate the Service (such as sign-in codes, password resets, and inquiry and lead notifications). You may also opt into listing and lead alert emails, which include an unsubscribe link in every message.

SMS Terms

Dental Deals may send SMS messages to users who separately opt in. Messages may include listing matches, lead alerts, account notifications, and support updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@dental.deals. Consent to SMS messages is not required to create an account, use Dental Deals, or make a purchase. SMS use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dental Deals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any transaction between users.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the updated date shown above. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
